Eden Rock Resort - Florence

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

The spacious suite was clean, and the pool provided the perfect escape after city exploration. Unfortunately, the location required a taxi or bus into town, which adds up. Still, the friendly staff was nice. We'll definitely return!

The location was beautiful, really close to Florence main train station where there is plenty of parking, the buses being unreliable, and the garden of Eden, in a very relaxing area. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from Perseus Statue.

It offers excellent services.

Oh man, the cookies at breakfast? They're a game changer! Plus, the spacious beautiful suite was a total score for chilling after a day of exploring Florence. And can we talk about that pool? Ultimate relaxation with fine views of the valley!

Navigating to the resort was a bit tricky-definitely a car is the way to roll, but once you're there, it's a slice of paradise.

Eden Rock is an exceptionally beautiful resort. High in the hills of Florence the views are spectacular. We wanted to stay outside of Florence since we were only passing through and staying for one night. It was not full so the hotel manager upgraded our room. The room was beautiful as was the view. We enjoyed our short but sweet stay! The manager recommended a restaurant not far from the resort and the food was delicious. We would love to return to spend more time at Eden Rock and explore Florence.

This was one of the best hotel stays we have experienced and we are seasoned travellers. The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived until we departed Our room was very clean with loads of space and very modern. The view of Florence from our room was amazing.

Everything was great from the staff, food, wine, location and hotel room.

The Beautiful Suite was spacious and had a lovely kitchenette. The pool area was perfect for relaxation, and the views of Florence were fine. The complimentary cookies at breakfast were a nice touch!

Eden Rock is excellent. The hotel is the perfect call for someone looking for high quality services in a Tuscany countryside hotel that is yet quite close to Florence. Our room had the most amazing view of the city, including the Duomo and large bathroom. Service is great as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel very much was pleasant, the arrangement on a grief simply admires, and the view from the window opens excellent - it is visible almost all Florence

It's a balanced option for a holiday in Florence with fantastic value. The Julius Meinl coffee served at breakfast was so good! Make sure to use the bus for a cheaper trip into the city.

Couples looking for fine views

Let me tell you the pool area? Fine with those views over the valley and Florence, amazing. And the room was spacious, had everything you need. I mean, waking up to that kind of beauty? Can't be beat.

Sure, it wasn't cheap but for the experience, acceptable.

Fine pool views and clean rooms, but staff could be friendlier.

Excellent staff, food, location, views. Views are worth twice the price of this hotel. All spoke excellent English with lots of tips and referral of things to do. We had Panaromic suite, beautiful, spacious and awesome views off balcanoy and bedroom windows. Our favorite in all of our Italy trip, a splurge well worth it. Heven Great location outside of Florence but easiy access by bus that takes you in the heart of things in 10 minutes. Go...............Secure garage parking, very safe, staff on site 24 hrs.

Where to enter hotel was not clearly marked.

We like everything from the stuff to view.The stuff was very helpful and they help us a lot.The room was big and has a wonderful view of Florence!We love it and we come back sure!!
